He is survived by: his son William Spain Jr. (Kasey Merritt); his mother Bernice Spain; his siblings, LeBron Spain, Sharon Harper and Susan Hall; and his grandson Cody Spain. He is also survived by one great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
