It is with sadness that the passing of Cecelia Joan Levenstein (Roswell, Georgia) is shared. Cecelia, born on March 26, 1946, passed away on October 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Douglas and Jewell Mae Ragan; her husband Albert Levenstein; and her brother Keith Ragan. She is survived by: her daughter Dana Mathes; her grandchildren, Kevin Roden (Heather) and Kristyn Dunn (Ansley); her great grandchildren, Rylea Roden, KJ Roden, Jackson Roden and Baby Dunn; her siblings, Carolyn Richardson, Ronald Ragan (Kippi), Eric Ragan and Anisha Barber (Dwayne); and her sister-in-law Barbara Ragan. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northside Chapel Funeral Directors & Crematory (12050 Crabapple Rd, Roswell, GA 30075). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Crest Lawn Memorial Park (2000 Marietta Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318).
