He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Kulicka Rogers and Neal Doniphan Rogers Sr.; and his brother Neal Doniphan Rogers Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Huston Rogers; and his sister Diane Rogers Ryan of Madison, Mississippi.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
