He is survived by: his mother Jackie Koleos; his wife Emily; his children, Davis, Lauren and Michael; his siblings, Dan (Debi), Ken, Vicky, Matt (Herma), Michael and Penny; and his pets, Elvira, Marcel and Poppy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in David's name to Fulton County Animal Shelter to honor his love for animals.
