He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Slappey and Helene Slappey. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Matt, Summer, Avery and Samantha Hamada (Zach); his grandchild Cleo; and his brothers, Jack (Cindi), Jim (Yvonne) and Bill (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Northside Chapel (12050 Crabapple Rd, Roswell, GA 30075). A reception will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Brookfield Country Club (100 Willow Run Rd, Roswell, GA 30075).
