She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Alberta Pugh Caveness and Floyd Cole Caveness of Greensboro, NC.; her husband Bill; and her children, Mary Ann Kirk Hankins and David Floyd Kirk.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Kirk of Roswell, Kathleen Swahn (Charles) of John's Creek, William D. Kirk, Jr. (Diane) of John's Creek and Erin Kirk of Watkinsville; and her grandchildren, Brett Statome (Lori), Kristin Hankins, Shannon Bailey (Paul), Kendall Lanois (Chris), Megan Swahn, Dr. Emily Gordon (Adam) and Sara Kirk. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (535 Rucker Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30004).
