He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smith and Ethel Smith (Hughes). He is survived by: his wife Wynona Smith; his daughter Rhonda McCullough (Chris); his grandchildren, Kristen McCollough and Chris McCullough Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Logan McCullough, Elizabeth McCullough, Landon McCullough and Angelica McCullough.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Restoration Church (410 Rucker Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30004). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Green Lawn Cemetery (950 Mansell Rd, Roswell, GA 30076).
