She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Bauer (Scott), Donna Hambek (Wayne), Jennifer McNeely and Kristin Thompson (Roger); her grandchildren, Jason White, Brianne White, Aaron Hambek, Cole Hambek, Lindsey McNeely, Sidney Cole and London McNeely; her great grandchildren, Georgia Branch, Briggs Branch, Damian White, Ryan McNeely and Barron Cole; and her sister Carolyn Davis.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jackie's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
