It is with sadness that the passing of Jan Bruce Karp (Roswell, Georgia) is shared. Jan, born on January 18, 1942 in Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on October 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Jan will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Jan by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Jan is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Jan’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his wife Zara. He is survived by: his children, Hilary Karp Teal (Robert), Steven Karp (Lee) and Michael Karp (Leslie). He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Green Lawn Cemetery (950 Mansell Rd, Roswell, GA 30076).
