She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Maria Couzinet and George Couzinet; her husband Albert Schoppenhorst; her children, Cathleen Schoppenhorst Hulbert and Michael Schoppenhorst; and her grandson Andrew Schoppenhorst (Micheline).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to St. Vincent de Paul Society in care of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
