He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edmund and Virginia; and his wife Juanita. He is survived by: his children, Larry Allen (Danielle) and Debbie Prentice (Mike); his grandchildren, Jason Prentice, Brian Prentice, Tyler Allen, Jennifer Wilhoit and Aliona Allen; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Collier Prentice.
