He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Birch Nolan; his brother Robert M. Nolan Sr.; and his father Martin J. Nolan. He is survived by: his wife Constance Joyce Russell Nolan of Union, NJ.; his children, Lynn Holcomb of Boca Raton, FL, Gail Terrell-Crane (Michael) of Alpharetta, GA, Jill Morris (Bob) of St. Johns, FL and Ken (Betsy) of Cumming, GA.; his grandchildren, Chase Holcomb (Lindsey), Taylor Holcomb Tapia (Juan), Ryan, Berkley, Carson Nolan, Reeves, Trace Terrell and Brooke Morris; his great grandchildren, Landon Holcomb, Liam Holcomb and Payton Avery Tapia; and his sister-in-law Cathy Russell.
