He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Earl Welch and Malinda Leona Welch. He is survived by : his wife Joyce; his sons, Robert Keith Welch and David Bennett Welch; his daughters-in-law, Elaine Welch and Susan Welch; and his grandchildren, Riley Welch, Matthew Welch and Thomas Welch.
