We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2022, at the age of 84, Ruth Phelps (Roswell, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rolfes and Ida Rolfes; and her brothers, Isadore, Daniel of Virgil, C. J., Robert and Lee.

She is survived by: her spouse Lynn Phelps; her son Brad Phelps of Atlanta; her daughter-in-law Kristen; her grandchildren, Ryan and Mckenna; and her siblings, Gene of Phoenix, Stan of Akron, Paula Winker of Celebration, Clarice Wilken of Akron and Pat Christensen of Marshalltown, Iowa..
