He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Etris and Lillian Etris. He is survived by: his children, David Etris (Cindy), Kevin Etris (Christine) and Kimberly Martin (Tim); his sister Sharon Etris; his grandchildren, Lucy Etris, Owen Etris, Anna Etris, Seth Etris, Amanda, Tripp, Holden, Conner Etris, Macy, Leighton and Ryland; his aunt Fannie Etris Holcombe; his nephew Timothy Channell; and his niece Jamie Wall.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Tommy's memory to the American Cancer Society are appreciated.
