She was predeceased by: her father James Rainwater; her husband Bobby Page; her mother Betty Johnson; her adoptive father Al Johnson; and her brother Jimmy Rainwater.
She is survived by: her son Eric Urczyk; her siblings, Randy Johnson (Linda Hall) and Patti; her brother-in-law Charles Parrish; and her stepsiblings, Rick Johnson, Susan Harris and Candy Askew. She is also survived by spouses; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
