He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Agnes Franks and William Franks; his wife Anne Franks of Roswell, Georgia; his children, Jonathan Franks of Roswell, Georgia, Jessica Franks of Milton, Sydney Franks of Roswell and Jamie Pear of Phoenix, Arizona.; his granddaughter Lexi Harris (Lorin Harris); his sister Patti Bruterri; his brother-in-law Bill Bruterri of Fredon; his siblings, Alison Franks of Rutland, Vermont, Corey Franks of Deland, Florida and David Franks of St. Robert, Missouri; his brother-in-law Richard Mongeur (Judy) of St. Cloud, Florida.; and his siblings, Robert Franks, Leslie Mongeur and Steven Franks.
