He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Mize Maxwell; his stepfather Jimmy Bryant; his daughters, Brooke Maxwell Dickerson (Brad) of Elberton, GA and Morgan Maxwell Elder (Jacob) of Elberton, GA; his brothers, Johnny Clark Maxwell (Melissa) of Columbus, GA and Brent Maxwell (Gina) of Bowman, GA; his grandchildren, Brylee Dickerson, Bria Dickerson, Brynnen Dickerson and Emma Elizabeth Elder; his mother-in-law Hilda Mize; and his siblings-in-law, Stan Mize of Athens, GA and Latrice Clifton of Harlem, GA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
