She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Sherman and Evelyn Phillips Maxwell; her son-in-law Mark Brown; and her sister Angela Maxwell. She is survived by: her husband Billy Parham; her children, Carrie Parham (Michael) of Royston, Kip Parham (Edith Ann) of Royston, Brett Parham (Marie) of Royston and Matt Parham of Royston; her grandchildren, Rachel Turner (Charlie), Hayden Brown, Luke Parham (Rebecca), Lexi Brooks (Trent), Jake Parham, John Max Parham, Piper Ann Parham and Hazel Grace Parham; and her great grandchild Wylder Brooks.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mill Shoal Baptist Church (767 Church St, Royston, GA 30662). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
