Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Denis leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stephens and Bonnie Ballard Stephens; and his brother Kenny Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Tara Stephens; and his children, Michael Stephens (Layla), Alex Stephens, Ryan Stephens and Sean Stovall.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Centennial Baptist Church Community Fund, earmarked "Above and Beyond".
