She was predeceased by: her parents, John Troy and Nellie Mae Belle Cobb (Bolden); her former husband Elick Eugene Driggers Sr.; her children, Elick Eugene Driggers, Jr., Sabrina Ann Anderson, Brenda Karen Driggers, Cheryl Jean Driggers and Susan Gayle Greene; her siblings, Alford Butler, Frances Hand, Syble Cobb, Gayle Nichlos, Virginia Alexander and Patty Rushing; her son-in-law R. Wayne Lewis; and her stepson David Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Welch of St. George, Georgia; her daughter Anna Lewis-Mosley (Tommy) of Jacksonville; her siblings, Leamon Butler, James Butler and Tammy Gilbert; her stepchildren, Billy Atwood, Lisa Powell (Larry), Joel Welch, Patty McCoy (Buddy) and Ruth Lee (Mikie); and her stepdaughter-in-law Janet Davis. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren.
