Betty Scott Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2025, at the age of 74, Betty Scott of Saint Marys, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph James and Wilma Jo James of Lenapah, OK.; and her husband Robert Scott. She is survived by: her siblings, Samual James (Barbara), Billie Swanson (Barry) and Melinda James Kimball (Brent); her children, Robert Scott Jr. (Barbara) of Woodbine, Tammy Scott of St. Marys and Dana Burgan (John) of Fernandina Beach, FL; and her grandchildren, Daniel Ruth, Kyle Scott, Adam Ruth, Jessica Garza, Jeffery Scott, Aaron Burgan and Alyssa Burgan.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church (106 Dillingham St E, St Marys, GA 31558).
The family requests that people make donations in Betty's name to Our Lady Star of the Sea in lieu of sending flowers.
