He was predeceased by: his father Francis Lee Byce, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Frances Christine Cook Byce; his wife Pam Byce of Greensboro, GA; his children, Jordan Byce (Kristin) of Watkinsville, GA and Brooke Byce Marshall of Greensboro, GA; his sister Beth Williams (Chuck) of Watkinsville, GA.; his siblings-in-law, Cill White (Rodney) and Joe Jordan (Beverly); and his grandchildren, Blakely Marshall, Cason and Collins Byce. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (203 S Main St, Greensboro, GA 30642). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Georgia Forestry Foundation, P.O. Box 1217, Forsyth, GA 31029, Attn: Forest Champion Donation, or to the Georgia Wildlife Federation, 11600 Hazelbrand Rd NE, Covington, GA 30014.
