It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hilda I. Martin of Saint Marys, Georgia, born in Callahan, Florida, who passed away on April 20, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Hilda farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. She was predeceased by : her husband Harry F. Martin, Sr.. She is survived by : her children, Faith Dixon (Edward), Harry F. Martin, Jr. (Amy) and Tracy Collins (Gary); and her brothers, Kerry Davis (Cecile) and Harold Davis (Ann). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Camden Baptist Church (725 Douglas Dr, St Marys, GA 31558). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
