She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Boldak and Ann Boldak. She is survived by: her children, Edward Tuliszewski (Ronica) of Plant City, FL, Lisa Boyett (Lyn) of Woodbine, GA, Holly Tuliszewski (John) of St. Marys, GA and Brad Tuliszewski of St. Marys, GA.; her grandchildren, Austin Boyett and Leyton Boyett; and her sister Roxana Crawford of Kingsland, GA.
