He is survived by: his parent Dr. Thomas A Cade; his sisters, Jennifer Stottlemyer (Joshua) and Rebecca Henson (David); and his nieces and nephews, Abby Henson, Caroline Stottlemyer, Gabriel Stottlemyer, Andrew Henson, Aiden Henson and Aaron Henson.
