He is survived by: his wife Cindy Capotosti of St. Marys, GA.; his children, Jason Capotosti of St. Marys, GA and Michelle Caldwell (Dwayne) of Fernandina Beach, FL.; his grandchildren, Austin Caldwell and Kayla Capotosti; and his siblings, Tommy Capotosti Steve (JoAnn), Kathy Elliott, Joanne Capotosti, John Capotosti, Lisa Jenkinson (Paul) and Dianne Shriber (Lance).

Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Allison Memorial Chapel (10141 Colerain Rd, St Marys, GA 31558). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
