He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bell and Bertha Bell; his wife Sandra Bell; and his brothers, Robert and Lawrence Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Colby Bell, Joseph Bell and Pamela Unger (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Dennis Bell (Katie), Catherine Zybala (Mike), Megan Caudill (Andrew) and Jeffrey Unger (Hope). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; along with a host of friends.
A burial was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 12:50 PM. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery.
