It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Mason of Saint Simons Island, Georgia, who passed away on January 21, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mason and Thelma Mason; and her siblings, Faye Malone, Sandra Dorsey and Tracy Mason.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marcelle Godwin of St. Simons Island, GA, Leonard Mason of St. Simons Island, GA and Larry Durden (Joseph) of Swainsboro, GA; her friend Chris Dotey; and her children, Cassie Justen, Casie Hodges, Kala Bertz, Mariah Rogers, Karleigh Mason, McKenzie Osebold, Addison Mason, Bobby Godwin, Dereck Mason, Bryant Mason, Dillon Mason, Hunter Mason and Carson Mason. She is also survived by 15 great nieces and nephews; and many friends.
