She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Fesmire and Betty Fesmire; her brother Dennis Fesmire; and her daughter Alicia Scarbrough. She is survived by: her husband Charles Scarbrough; her children, Mike Scarbrough (Denise), Laura Meier (Denny) and Julie Henderson (Jim); and her brother Chris Fesmire (Linda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
