Frances Stephens Owen Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 11, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Frances Stephens Owen of Saint Simons Island, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Stephens and Bertha Cornett Stephens; her siblings, Libby Tennis, Mary Ann Stephens, Catherine Mooney and John Stephens; and her daughter Mary Haywood Owen.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Owen White (Bill) of Winter Park, FL and Beth Owen Barrett (Stephen) of St. Simons Island, GA; her grandsons, Joe, Jay, Nicholas, Nathan White, Owen, Jack and Sanders Barrett; and her great grandchildren, Dax, Teddy and Leilani White. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Williams Catholic Church.
