He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie M. Warthen and Doris Wilson Mathis; and his brothers, Tony Johnson and Charlie Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Natasha Annette Brown (Gregory) of Sandersville, GA and Stanton Taylor of Allentown, PA; his siblings, Christine Johnson of Sandersville, GA and Michael Johnson of Sandersville, GA; and his nephew Jermel Miller. He is also survived by grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wheeler's Funeral Home (321 E McCarty St, Sandersville, GA 31082). A graveside service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rest Haven Memorial Cemetery (6479 GA-24, Sandersville, GA 31082).
