With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nell Doolittle Parker (Sandersville, Georgia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Nell left this world on January 8, 2026 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elmer Doolittle and Hilda Brantley Doolittle; her spouse Jesse Lee Parker; and her brother Billy Doolittle (Jean). She is survived by: her children, Jessie Lisa Parker of Sandersville, Jana Maria Parker of Dunwoody and Anthony Mark Parker (Robin) of Wrightsville; her granddaughter Geneve Parker Steverson (Hayden) of Wrightsville; her great grandchildren, Parker Nolan Steverson and Gunner James Steverson; her brother Bernard Doolittle (Faye) of Sandersville; and her pets, Sophie, Midnight and Morris.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the May & Smith Funeral Directors (1119 Riddleville Rd, Sandersville, GA 31082). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Brownwood Cemetery.
