She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wilson Cook and Madoline Smith Cook; and her husband Richard Wayne Jackson. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Wayne Jackson (Angel) of Macon and Terry Richard Jackson (Katie Levesque) of Ottawa, Canada; her grandchildren, Cassi Jackson, Zayne Jackson, Henri Levesque and Jacques Levesque; and her great grandchildren, Thalia Rogers and Peyton Jackson.
