He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Newton Cain and Addie Bell Dedmon Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Harris Cain; his sisters, Shelia Fries and Angie Harbinson; his children, Marty Cain, Pam Cain Matthews (Steve), Ernie Cain (Taryn) and Maggie Cain; and his grandchildren, Grant Cain (Shauna), Travis Cain (Ann Marie), Angie Walton (Alex), Blake Cain (Traci), Austin Cain (Kelly), Lee Greenberger and Dallas Cain. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to American Cancer Society or the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
