He was predeceased by : his parents, Traubie Cowart and Bennie Cowart; and his brothers, Billy M. and Bennie M. Cowart. He is survived by : his wife Geneva Cowart; his daughter Wendy Davis (Gregory) of Sardis; his granddaughter Sydney E. Skinner; his great grandchildren, Drake, Skylar and Wryn; and his sister Alice Lynn Fennell of Sardis. He is also survived by his family and friends and his Boston Terrier.
