She is survived by: her sons, Alan Stokes of Sardis and Jeff Stokes (Marcia) of Sarasota, FL; her grandchildren, Amy Cicero (Josh) of Cummings, GA, Simon Stokes of Sarasota, Shane Stokes of Sarasota, Sebastian Stokes of Sarasota, Shannan Stokes of Sarasota, Adam Johnson of Jasper, GA and Cari Alewel of Jacksonville, FL; and her sister Hazel Bennett of Sardis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sardis Methodist Church (1120 Girard Ave, Sardis, GA 30456). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at the Sardis Baptist Cemetery.
Remembrances may be made to the Sardis Methodist Church.
