He is survived by: his stepfather Napoleon Fluellen; his wife Caletha "Carol" Weaver; his sons, Jeffery Weaver, Rodney Weaver and Jason Jamaal Weaver; his daughter-in-law Tracey Forde Weaver (Erica Gibson Weaver); his stepchildren, Tetia Williams, Desta Williams, Jeffrey Williams and Timothy Williams; his grandchild Brooke Marie Weaver; his stepchildren, Kyle Jeffery Weaver and Trent Christian Weaver; and his siblings, Frances, Willie James, Wilbert, Ella, Geraldine, Georgia Mae and Philip. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
