He is survived by: his wife Nolanda Kemp; his children, Arthur Lee Kemp III (Monika), Alexis Hollis (Derek), Ashley Griffin (Dashawn) and Avonna Kemp; his mother Gloria Jean Kemp; and his siblings, Maria Fields (Gregory), Michelle Walston (Kevin), Marvin Scruggs (Mary), Alonda Petty and Kattie Boston, Sr. (Demetrius). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (510 Stephenson Ave, Savannah, GA 31405). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Southside Baptist Church (5502 Skidaway Rd, Savannah, GA 31406). A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Oak Grove Cemetery (2101 Kollock St, Savannah, GA 31415).
