He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn O'Neal and Bob O'Neal; his brother Greg O'Neal; his nephew Matt O'Neal; and his sister-in-law Kim Spence.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Aubrey; his wife Barbara O'Neal; his children, Kevin O'Neal (Stacey), Patrick O'Neal (Gillian), Amy Burnsed, Ashlyn Romero (Miguel), Kellie O'Neal (Anthony) and Leah Lewis (Devyn); his brother Brian O'Neal; and his siblings-in-law, James Spence, Mike Spence (Robin), Chuck Mock (Leeannah), Donna Swanson (Kevin) and Susan Murray. He is also survived by grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
