She is survived by: her siblings, Dr. Jay D. McKenzie (Cheryl) of Southfield, Deacon James Anthony McKenzie of Savannah, Lucille Hicks, Nightingale McKenzie (Gale) of Savannah, Velma D. McKenzie-Orr of Bronx, Rev. Talulah Ruger of Houston and Jacqueline McKenzie; her friend Bennie; and her niece Joy Bledsoe. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
