She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah Arnsdorff and Ethel Coker Arnsdorff; her husband Fred W. Bookhoop, Sr.; her son George A. Bookhoop; her siblings, J. C. Arnsdorff, Marvin Arnsdorff, Mary Nell McNeil and Annie Oglesby; and her great great grandchildren, Avery Gould and Amir Gould.
She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Hood (David) and Fred Bookhoop, Jr. (Joanna); her daughter-in-law Donna Bookhoop; her children, Susan Burch (Jim) and Harry Bookhoop, Sr. (Viki); and her sister Stella Seckinger. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Dr, Savannah, GA 31406). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Ogeechee Area Hospice in gratitude for their loving care at the end of Bobbie's time on earth.
