She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Pearson and Alice Pearson; her siblings, Buddy Pearson, Jewel Pearson Lopez, Mary Alice Pearson Stone and Gary Pearson; and her son Robert Pearson.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Morris Douglas, Jamie Morris and Brian Morris; her grandchildren, Carol Douglas, Emanuel Douglas IV, Cody Morris, Troy Morris, Hunter Morris, Summer Morris, Cory Morris and Sarah Morris; her great grandchildren, Bentley Arnold, Emanuel Douglas V, Emalynn Douglas and Jasper Morris; and her sister Dolores Pearson Barthelmess. She is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park (8020 US-80, Savannah, GA 31410). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park (1600 Wheaton St, Savannah, GA 31404).
