We bid farewell to Carolyn Evans Hodges (Savannah, Georgia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 21, 2025 at the age of 85. Carolyn Evans touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her children, Sherra Poole, Ricky Cox and Randy Cox; and her siblings, Veta Hunt, Marjorie Henry, Velma Adams, Betty Blackwell, Rhee Nelson, Winfred Evans, Don Evans and Linnie Evans.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Whitney Sharp (Jason), Cheyenne Bauser (Jonathan), Cassidy Cox (Ethan) and Joshua Lang (Haley); her great grandchildren, Aaron Sharp, Wyatt Sharp, Carter Bauser, Hudson Bauser and Grayson Lang; and her brothers, Wendell Evans (Pam) and Sammy Evans (Jackie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Independent Presbyterian Church of Savannah (207 Bull St, Savannah, GA 31401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
