He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Ballard and Violette Ballard; and his brother Charles Ballard Jr. A. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dutcher Ballard; his children, Doreen Ballard Godbee of Savannah and Christopher Brian Ballard (Cheryl) of Woodstock; his grandchildren, Norah Lee Godbee, Lindsey Ballard Ostrowidzki Canton (Reeves) and Landon Ballard Woodstock (Victoria); and his great grandchild Amelia June Ballard.
