She was predeceased by: her parents, James Joseph Collins Sr. and Cecilia Cassidy Collins; her husband Charlie Courtenay; her stepdaughter Nancy; and her grandson Phillip.
She is survived by: her siblings, MaryAnn Haslam Butler, James J. Collins Jr. and Stephen C. Collins (Adele); her daughters, Kathleen Hall (Buddy), Cecilia Lenahan, Leslie Singer (Benton) and Moira Sherrill (Jackson); and her stepchildren, Brenda Stewart (Sonny), Ann Kelly, Chuck Courtenay (Vickie), Maureen O'Brien (Tom) and Helen Selman (Scott). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
