He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kohut and Helen Glines Kohut. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Marie Kohut; his children, Eve Miles, Justin Kohut (Michelle), Sarah Harrell (James) and Samuel Kohut; his grandchildren, David Miles (Lydia), Emma Miles, Abigail Miles, Kaycee Kohut, Tasha Kohut, Ellen Harrell, Ruth Harrell and Michael Harrell; his siblings, Jane Kohut-Bartel (Fred) and David A. C. Kohut (Kay); and his sister-in-law Diane Heppner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
