He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ella Silts and Dr. Oswald Osteen; his wife Ann Wenner Osteen of Savannah, Georgia.; and his children, Chris Osteen (Laurie) of Savannah and Deborah Thoben (Matthew) of Louisville.
He is survived by: his sister Sandra Robison (Nancy Norwood) of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Katherine Osteen Hassan (Fahad), Sally Osteen Helton (Matthew) and Eric Thoben; and his great grandchildren, Abraham, Norah Hassan, Holly, Henry Helton, Jack and Eli Thoben.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel (7200 Hodgson Memorial Dr, Savannah, GA 31406). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at the Hillcrest Abbey On Saturday.
