He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Spivey Bentley; and his sister Jackie Lynn Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Peggy S. Bentley; his daughters, Dawn King (Ryan), Elizabeth Cudebec (Kyle) and Katherine Womble (Josh); his grandchildren, Braeden King (Aly), Avery Bentley, Graecen King, Kelsen King, Emily Cudebec, Kolton Cudebec, Robbie Loper, Wyatt Womble and Theo Womble; his great grandchild Kaesen King; his sisters, Shirley Ann Smith and Tina Johnstone (Scott); his siblings' children, Brooke Ellison, Scottie Johnstone and Will Johnstone; and his pet Lucy.
