He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Leonard Dodge and Mary Madgelyn Julian; his son Preston Dodge; and his brother James Dodge. He is survived by: his son Trevor "TJ" Dodge; his grandchildren, Jack Dodge and Mary Dodge; and his sisters, Joyce Ziegler, Loretta Dodge and Linda Dodge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
